Honestly this guy is the best in Dallas. Most business owners are very dishonest and will do ANYTHING for a sale!! This guy actually advised me not to get my cellphone repaired with him becauase it might void the insurance. It was a special case becuase my phone was destroyed!! He even stayed late to assist me with getting a ride and advising me on what I should do. If you need your phone repaired PLEASE USE THIS GUY!! He really is the best in Dallas and will give you a very honest assessment of your situation. YOUR ROCK DUDE!!

The screen of my iphone was fading in less than a minute and would just remain black. I had to start it over an over. Haileyesus, the tech, totally fixed the problem!! Replaced the screen and something else with original parts. I totally feel like I have a new phone 🙂 He is very nice, great customer service and fair price. Fast!! I highly recommend him!!

Amazing customer service. I dropped off my ipad on a Thursday (before Labor Day weekend) and was told it would be Tuesday before it would be ready (I needed a new charging port). I got a call Friday morning it was ready! Amazing. Sally is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this business.

This place has the best customer service! Within 30 min, my screen was repaired, tempered glass added, and a speaker issue fixed. I was given a bottle of water and my son got a toy to play with while we waited. The serviceman was courteous and professional. I had my phone “fixed” at a competitor two months ago, and they didn’t do nearly as good of a job! I can tell a big difference. We will definitely continue to come here in the future!

I came here at around 9 at night, and it only took him a minute to look at my phone and give me a reasonable price and fixed it in under 20 minutes! My phone was sooo messed up, but somehow he was able to fix it!

My good buddy told me about this shop after I was having problems with my phone which I had dropped. I went in and received GREAT custmer service and also received reasonable pricing.
